Beautiful bed and breakfast located in the countryside. Stayed in the Hayloft and had a peaceful experience with great breakfast each day. While slightly secluded, definitely worth a visit with plenty of nearby options for evening meals.

Charming Elizabethan farmhouse with a mix of old features and modern conveniences. The room in the roof was cold with good quality bedding but insufficient duvet stuffing. The narrow stairs may be challenging for some. Breakfast was decent, and we had a nice encounter with one of the business owners.

I have stayed in two different rooms on separate occasions and found the location, rooms, and owners to be lovely. It was a great stop, better than other places in the area. There were some enjoyable walks around the grounds, including carp lakes and conker trees. Thank you for the great stay and good memories!

Lovely place in a nice countryside location with friendly hosts. However, the amenities and bedrooms are a bit outdated, and the breakfast is not up to par. This B&B is more of a 3 to 3.5-star establishment, and may be a bit overpriced for what it offers.

The service is friendly and helpful with very comfortable accommodations. Enjoyable tranquillity and birdsong add to the experience. Make sure to slow down and watch for rabbits on the road.🐇

The atmosphere is beautiful, offering a true Suffolk experience. I stayed in the Butler Room with an exceptional bathroom and shower. The room is warm with oak beams, and the hosts were charming and friendly. It offers fantastic value for money, with a third of the price of the nearest comparable accommodation. The breakfast was wonderful, with beautiful views from the room. The nearby Sweffling White Horse pub is highly recommended.

Terrible experience with extremely rude and obnoxious owners. Lack of housekeeping and stained bedsheets. Would not recommend.

Stayed for 3 weeks for work, and found the place very clean and tidy with spacious ensuite bedrooms. The living/dining room was massive, and a work mate enjoyed fishing in the lakes. The landlady was very helpful, and I would definitely stay again.

I have stayed here multiple times as I travel around the UK for work. The hosts are welcoming, friendly, and always put me in the same room. The place is cozy, clean, and comfortable with a rustic feel. The WiFi works well, and I always request breakfast at 7:00, which is never an issue. The breakfast is well-cooked with plenty of choices. The place is quiet and peaceful, with a good pub nearby. Highly recommended.

Stayed in the Hayloft and found it to be less luxurious than expected. Lack of housekeeping after the first night, and had to make our own bed. Issues with the kettle and TV volume. Unexpectedly had to make our own toast, without choices for the breakfast. Despite the friendly owners, the overall quality was not up to standard.

The B&B is neat and lovely, but the internet connection needs improvement.
